Oh and in brackets - WHY is the industry legally allowed to add health claims to highly processed products AT ALL - when they really should be FORCED to WRITE: WARNING - WARNING-WARNING - HIGHLY PROCESSED - STAY AWAY: GO HOME AND COOK FROM SCRATCH IF YOU WANT TO BE SURE TO GET THE NUTRITION THAT YOU NEED - THIS PRODUCT IS MOST LIKELY NOT SUITABLE FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION AND IF YOU LOVE YOUR KIDS - WE ARE AGAIN REPEATING - GO HOME AND COOK REAL HONEST FOOD FROM SCRATCH - it is long-term scientifically proven to be the best thing for everyones health and happiness!!!
