Just a question: Would you do in church what you do outside of church? Better yet, would you do what you do when no one is looking inside church? God doesnt dwell in temples made of mans hands. You are the Holy of Holies. 1 Corinthians 3:16 This is not condemnation. This is like a medical exam. When you go to the doctor, if you never admit you have symptoms then youll never find out whats wrong. Take your flesh into the presence of God and allow God to deal with it. Its dealt with in the privacy of the temple (you). Trying to change the outer courts (flesh) is not the idea. The Holy of Holies the inner part of man where The Spirit of God now dwells (if you are born again). It is connected to the holy place (your mind, will and emotions). As the face or presence of God is revealed by the unveiling (there was a veil between the holy of holies and holy place), revelation we are changed from glory to glory. If you are trying to change you, then you have it all wrong. True change comes from renewing your mind. I can control myself for periods of time but if I still have that mental bend then the right (or wrong) circumstance will make me do it again. Then Ill feel condemned and ask forgiveness but never accept the grace to have a mind change. The fight of faith is between your ears. The enemy wants you to take the fight in the flesh. Battle your flesh and you leave the battle ground where he resides alone. Ephesians 6:11-12 - 11Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. No time to go into the armor, but realize that the rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms all work in the minds of men.... some in individuals, some in communities, cities, regions & nations. They create a mindset that is contrary to the operation of the Kingdom of Heaven. Their goal is to keep you from ever releasing what God has in you. When you agree with the lie, you are blinded from the truth. This is done at many levels. Thats how an unveiling/revelation brings you into a new understanding of truth. Unless you embrace this truth, you do away and deceive yourself. Deception is the goal of the enemy. Bad thing about deception is....you dont know when you are deceived. That brings us full circle....Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.
