Just a quick explanation of why (in the wide world) Im doing another fundraiser (and there will be 2 more to follow swiftly): The quickie done at Xmas was effective -- it paid for silentthudner.org and for the more important ad that Bonfire Labs (bless their infinite genius and endless hearts) will finish up soon aimed at Chinese ivory consumers. Thats a lot of work for a little bread... Now I have to raise money to distribute the new spot, and monitor its progress in the Peoples Republic. You cant do this from Peoria, or Silicon Valley. We need people on the other side of the Great Firewall. Thats less expensive than itd be in New Yawk, but itll cost a nickel. Please consider contributing the nickel. Next will come fundraisers (RocketHub) for US-targeted spots and (Kickstarter) for a documentary to be shot in Gabon, and Kenya and Tanzania. Give as if the planets future depended on this.
