Just a quick note :) Love your body more than you love your car. It is a much more technically advanced vessel. it goes from zero to everything else can wait. All it needs is some rest, delicious food, refreshing water, a deep breath and a driver that leads it to the right direction without injuring or hurting anyone else on the road. When it gets too hot, just open a window to get some air and indulge the gorgeous views of planet earth and possibly beyond. Turn off the music and listen to the sounds of life. It will last you longer than any other man made vehicle and when the journey is over lay it to rest and your soul will catch another exhilarating ride to a new dimension. Stay positive, have no fear, do no harm and enjoy all the rides!
