Just a quick note of thanks who came out and shared a meal with me on Sunday night at Akasha in Culver City. What a fantastic night it was! To me, it was like a family and friends dinner - exactly how I want to spend my Sunday nights! Thanks to Alan and Akasha for having the faith in me to pull of the menu, to Lisa Beaumont for allowing me to introduce my wines to the restaurant as a whole (I know how many folks come a knocking - was just glad you answered when I did :-) ), and to my tercero family for being there - Mark Toumajian and his lovely wife Leanne, Richard Takata and his lovely wife Katherine Sinclair Takata, Peter T. Duffy and his wonderful girlfriend Cindy Jannette Davis Hillas, Joe Wehinger and his friend (didnt catch her name), Melanie Webber, Theresa Barry Nozick and her wonderful husband Bruce, Dan Yukelson and his wonderful wife Orit Blau, and to the new friends made that night.
