Just a quick reminder of the HCC class schedule for this Spring semester: Intro Enology- 1/31, 2/14, 3/28, 4/11, 5/2 Intro Viticulture- 2/21, 3/21, 4/4, 4/18, 5/9 Botany- 1/10, 1/31, 2/14, 3/14, 3/28, 4/11, 5/2, 5/16 Winery Sanitation- 2/21, 3/21, 4/4, 4/18, 5/9 Remember all classes are Saturdays, and I think we can safely add you into the Botany class if you’ve already missed the first day.
