Just a quick reminder that if anyone is free tomorrow, we could use a hand out at the airport tomorrow to finish setting up for Wings & Wheels on Saturday. Some of what still has to be done before Saturday morning: - putting up the rope barrier around the car show area (posts are already up) - setting up two tents along the west fence (one for membership/flight experiences and one for car registration/door prizes & sound system) - putting down the lines for parking the old cars (the lines are already measured out, but the grass has to be cut along the lines so the lime line machine can work properly) - fuelling, oiling and cleaning aircraft as required - setting up the sound system - cleaning the north hangar (sweeping the floor and setting up displays and the tables for stores and the silent auction) - moving the snowfence & posts left over from the Aug 22nd airshow if the county doesnt come to pick it up in time (not looking like they will at this point) - getting the mini-Harvard out of the storage hangar So you can see, quite a bit of work still has to be done, so the more people that can help out tomorrow, the less we have to scramble to get done Saturday morning. I have to leave by late afternoon tomorrow (or else Id be staying till the wee hours to get it done) so please make an effort if you can. Thanks :-)
