Just a quick update about some crimes of note. A warrant was conducted at an address on Huddersfield Road yesterday mroning, cocain and an unknown substances was found. Offender was arrested on scene. There was an arson attack on Bethesda street on 26th July between 0030 - 0050hrs. Unknown offender approached the vehicle smashed the front windown and set fire to the drivers seat. Theft from Motor Vehicle. This happened 26th July at 1100hrs on Lees Road. A vehicle and a trailer drove up behind a parked National grid van. Offenders proceed to pick up property and put it in the trailer and make off. The vehicle used by offenders was found on a near by street "Tyne Street". The vehicle was seized for use in crime, it came to light that the vehicle was a stolen vehicle from the levenshulme area. we have no description of the offenders however further investigations with the vehicle and CCTV are taking place.
