Just a reminder... I make pizzas! I have made them for years, but had stopped making them when business got slow, however, Im starting again. I am going to try to have one every day between 11am and noon for sale by-the-slice, but will take orders for Pepperoni or Cloud 9 Piccacias for pick up anytime. `:-)> I am not a pizzeria, so it takes a while to make one. Call at least 1 hour ahead, so I can budget time to get one made for you. And how many I can make per day is dependent on how many focaccia dough I have ready. (Right now, I have 5) Hot and Fresh, or Take-n-Bake style available. Oh... and Ive got Vanilla Ice Cream ready to get churned... doing 3 batches (2.5 gallons) tomorrow.
