Just a review from today about cleaning your files for print. I know the sample today was not the best so if you have any questions feel free to ask me and I will be more than happy to help you out. 1) Spell Check (command i) 2) Double Space ( command f) 3) Check for Windows and Orphans 4) Check the bleeds are 0.125 inches (in Document setup) 5) Check Frame edges (view, extras, frame edges) 6) Check color palette (go to the pull down tab in your swatches, left click, select unused color swatches, right click one of the highlighted swatches and click delete swatch) 7) Check Color Separation (Window, Output, Separations Preview-once this box is open click on the drop down box and view separations, once complete with this step click the drop down and set the separations to off) 8) Check fronts (Type, Find Font)
