Just a short clip showing 2 other exercises that I did as part of my HIIT circuit yesterday. Again I did these in conjunction with 50kg prowler sprints, 250m rows and 50kg overhead military walks.. ✨Jump squats ✨ decline push ups I left these two exercises until near the end of the circuit. Theres a reason for this.. I did the weighted exercises first (prowler and military walks) before fatigue began to set in. I felt fatigue kicking in doing the rowing and also the lactic These bodyweight exercises were and should be tougher to do towards the end as a result. Towards my 4th set Id like zero energy and stamina left in me lol! Give me 15-20 min HIIT any day over long cardio! And its waaaay more beneficial!
