***Just a short little update: Surgeon came in today and said they were able to get most of the tumor, and hopefully the radiation should get the rest. The biopsy confirmed what we thought, which is that it is in fact the same lung cancer he had before, its just spread to his brain. Its not the greatest news, but its not unexpected. Dads ahead of schedule though recovery wise and in good spirits today. He wanted me to tell you all he appreciates the messages a lot, so definitely keep sending them! Hes read most of them, hes just unable to respond just yet. Hes got this, its just another bump in the road not the end of it! Again, we appreciate all the love and support! xx
