Just a shout out to Brian, David, Doc John, and Matt.. I can assure you that every CrossFit Comp is not like the Long Island Takeover!!! Im embarrassed for them and I apologize that I promoted the event to everyone at Rapture. If you look at their facebook page you will see that other feel exactly the same way! On a brighter note!! Great Clean PRs out there today. I hope you guys had a little bit of fun!! Next time Shane and I will do a little more research into the competition before promoting it to you guys!!! :(
