Just a sneak peek of the core challenges from my latest group! 1. Flutter kicks to scissor kicks- legs straight out, head and shoulders off the ground. Flutter your legs up and down, then move them like scissors (one over the other)- 30 seconds (15 flutter, 15 scissors) 2. V-situps. Arms and legs off the ground at the same time! If this is too challenging, try lifting both arms and just one leg off the ground at the same time. 10 reps. 3. Russian twist- with out without a weight. The modified version is feet on the floor, the advanced version is feet lifted off the floor. 30 seconds 4. Boat pose- make sure your chest is lifted, your spine is neutral and hold for as long as you can!
