Just a text Id just sent to a really cool person. I dont know. This moved me a bit so had to share— ahh this is making me really sentimental. thank you for the compliment, but my lifes story wasnt ever interesting for the sake and purposes of being that there within. one moment in time would lead to another, and I can still remember all too clearly all the reasons why one part of the plot lead to the next. I still remember what each part of the story meant to me. wow. Loved ones, social events, all of our passions... I think people are a lot like constellations. You were taking that creative writing class right? I learned in mine, like a story is the summation of all the events that happened for someone, whether they are relevant or not. A plot is just the parts of the story that mattered; that meant something to them. When I look up at the night sky, and see its vastness, and stare into infinity, space, & time, I see something beautiful; a much grander design ^_^ Our lives are a lot like constellations. Between all the empty space, between all the gaps of time in our lives where things feel meaningless, theres these glowing balls of light that illuminate the sky— the stars. These are those plot-line moments of our lives. They gleam with this golden afterglow and remind us in all that space in-between that its really not that empty after all. Their light resonates through and remind us that the value of those moments in our stories had never really gone away. All those moments and stars link up, and form a picture of who you really are. it takes me back to falling asleep in my room at my woodland parents house when I was like 4-5 years old. I would be looking at these glow-in-the-dark zodiac sign stickers of all the constellations circling around the rim of my ceiling, and thinking that they were glowing just for me. youtube/watch?v=BvOq0PK2pDA
