Just a thought. I have noticed that most of the schools especially the public schools have completed their final exams about three weeks before the end of the school term. The educators have by now completed marking and engage in daily social activities while the learners roam the streets and engage in social ills. I believe the Principals and educators must be charged for theft as they have robbed the learners of valuable teaching time. How are we going to improve the quality of education?
