Just a thought: If you havent seen the 1956 Platform Poster, please scroll to it and youll understand this statement. It is clear that Republicans have not always been as we have seen for the past few campaigns, elections and executions of their elected offices. This poster reminds us that there was a time when the GOP actually cared for America and her people. With this in mind, I can understand our present day Reps, who obviously believe their current choices fit the statistics on the Poster. MANY Reps are my friends whom I love, many are educators, business owners, public servants, blue and white collar workers, etc...with whom I can hold serious conversations. I have to believe it is that they just dont know the scope of the GOPs real positions...and agendas.
