Just a thought in passing.... how is it that government issues franchises to cable tv companies and they in turn charge you for subscribing to their service. They have a base fee that includes a specific group of channels. For many others there is an extra subscription fee. Now my question is why is is all the preachers on tv praying for your soul and begging for money are included in the base fee structure? Why are those religious channels in the base fee subscription only. How is that keeping seperation of church and state? If given a choice would more people choose tmc or showtime than some station featuring trinity broadcasting big hair beggars playing to peoples fears and sympathy? Isnt including those channels in the base fee forcing religion and endorsement of religion by a governmental agency..? Like I said just a thought in passing and hopefully causing you to pause and think whether you agree or not.
