Just a very quick post.... a very very big thank you to all who turned up yesterday (to set up) and today for the main event... Special mention for Pete Farrington & Chris Higgs for scrutineering, Vinny & Ian for their sponsorship, Sue Walmsley for helping me out, Sal and her ladies for the Café, Chris Tomley for his support, Wayne Jones for the results, all marshals, competitors for the banter (and entertainment - you know who you are!) and for all of you who donated.... I really cannot thank you enough.... Meeting Robbie and his wonderful family and extended family, really was a pleasure.... Cant be the only one who had a few tears at the end seeing him in that car..... This was exactly what the day was about....
