Just about to go to bed. Wondering how can I get back on track. (With clean eating. ) Did great for part of the year, then slowly. ....got busy....got lazy...got feeling ???? Soooo Im going to make another commitment to not give up. Tomorrow day 1 lemon water, tea hot organic yummy tea 4 times a day, squats, planning meals, 8 glasses of water, pack lunch when I travel, no Starbucks, no white bread. I matter and my health matters too! If you have one good choice to suggest I am all ears (or eyes). I lost 17 lbs. Total in a year. I was down more but gained 6 back. Eating to live is so important, eating to give nourishment to our organs and not our taste buds is a choice to live! I really want to live. Without carrying ALL THIS WEIGHT. Creator Stand by me, with me for the days,weeks,months and years to come.
