Just an FYI for all Pee Wee players and parents. Obviously people have been talking about a shake up regarding the coaching situation at our Pee Wee Division team. All is more than all set. Less than a week ago, Coach Wagner stepped aside to focus on Fall Baseball, leaving our Pee Wee team without a Head Coach. With a relatively new coaching staff across the board, we were quickly able to fill the brief coaching vacancy with one of experience. Troy St. Pierre has taken the role of Head Coach for our Pee Wee Bombers. He has had 6 years as Head Coach for WYF, and worked last season with WHS Football. He will head our Pee Wee team, and work once again as an assistant as a varsity coach at WHS. Troy has reached out to other veteran coaches whom have since moved out of WYF to come back to the program, who they too, have coached for 6+ years in the program, to establish a basis of a foundation based on many years of winning seasons. Although these prior coaches have no children in the program after their years of tenure , they will be coming back, to help support our Pee Wee team and their players. For the players that chose to opt out of this season to play Fall Baseball, we will miss seeing you on the field and wish you the best. For the rest of our Pee Wee Bombers, strap in, your in for a great ride this season with the coaches that are coming back to give you the best of WYF Football. Again, thanks to Troy and our semi-retired former coaches whom are coming back childless to support our Pee Wee team and program. 2014 is going to be a great year. Bob St. Pierre President WYF
