Just an FYI & note for clients: (its easier to post this as a whole than send individual messages) If you message my page, please note I no longer have an assistant. Being a full time working mom I do the best I can to reach every message the same day but my actual response time is about 2-3 days depending on the messages and the circumstances. I cannot monitor my page 24/7. Right now my cell phone is down (Its a t-mobile issue - not an issue I can control. When it is back up if I receive any messages I will get back with you). You can reach my by text easiest (when its working of course which should be soon) - but you can also reach me by messages on my page. I will return your message as soon as possible. Please note though, my usual turn around time on response is 2-3 days. I appreciate your patience. If you are expecting a gallery of previews and I have been behind its because I have so much on my plate at one time. A deadline for multiple weddings and so many people needing the same thing from me all at once. I am only one person.. and while I agreed to take on the pressure of booking each session I also need your understanding that I am human and a mother aside from a business owner. I am not a corporation where I can hire someone to do everything for me. Believe me, I wish I could! With a financial set back last year, its been very difficult for me to afford constant help with at least my messages. As a reminder the turn around time for sessions is 1 month - but that is not a guarantee. It could go a week over.. or in some instances if we have spoke about it taking longer.. it may take longer. Please understand I will not rush through your photos to get them out to you but I am doing everything in my power to get them to you as soon as possible. I am working day and night at this computer.. I sometimes find it hard to take downtime without feeling guilty. I know that you think its a 2 hour process but please know it takes close to an hour to 1/2 hour just to upload photos to galleries. Editing on each session can take 5-8 hours. I cannot do that all in one day so I split up my time to make it work. As always.. with the extra time I take you benefit with extra edits. Please understand I love each and every one of my clients and will always be thankful you trust your memories with me. I have gone above and beyond doing second sessions for most of you and would surely appreciate the patience. Thank you SO much to those who have been so wonderful.. I am truly thankful for you and will remember your kindness in the future.
