Just an announcement to make: At the last food drive, here at Mystic Hideaway, at Lughnassah we got some great stuff to take to the Ramey family, but Ive not taken it yet...hope to by sometime later this week. Thanks for your generosity. The reason for the delay has to do with the additional time its taken to sort through the garbage.....As someone in their infinite wisdom brought literal trash to the food drive. Opened and half eaten food stuffs, expired way out of date foods, dirty panties, a jack, OTC pills all opened and used from, empty and half empty body wash and body lotion containers, empty shoe boxes, jars etc, food stuff thatd been funneled into 2 liter bottles and the like. I am completely shocked and baffled how someone might think any part of that is appropriate... In the future please leave your trash at home. I guess this also explains why it took quite some time to clean up all the empty bottles, cans and cigarette butts strewn across my yard at this same event too. Thanks for those who stayed over and helped get things picked up and clean, it was not un-noticed!
