Just an experiment... Short video of a stroked full sized hybrid open gun with titanium comp being built. Frame 1: Parts laid out. STI long dust cover frame, Caspian slide, SVI 5.4 hybrid barrel and our 3 gill titanium comp Frame 2: Frame is cut for Para bridge, slide is stroked, cut for frame to slide, hybrid cut. Frame 3: Frame to slide fit is done, notice the stroking Frame 4: Barrel is fit, slide cut to fit comp at 1 degree, comp is locked on, gun is locked together Frame 5: Frame is cut back to 3/4 size Frame 6: Top of the gun is blended together Frame 7: Slide is cut to match frame Frame 8: Top of the gun is flat topped, back of slide is cut for racker and detent ball, holes in barrel are cut Frame 9: Panel cuts are done
