Just an observation. Most of the fatal accidents these holidays have not been caused by excessive speed but by driver inattention, fatigue, or poor judgement. Speed is easy to police, but more effort needs to be put into driver education and catching people doing stupid things on our roads. The dangerous driver is not the person doing 110kph to pass, but the idiot speeding up on a passing lane when you go to overtake them, or some moron pulling out onto a main road without checking properly!
