Just an observation and comparison. If Hitler had a child and he were to preach love and forgiveness, would we really take on board his message? Especially if the son of Hitler was to claim he and his father were one and the same!!! dwindlinginunbelief.blogspot.es/2010/04/drunk-with-blood-gods-killings-in-bible.html Jesus dad managed to kill more innocent people than Hitler did. (and for those who say Hitler was an atheist, in Mein Kampf he does mention doing the work of The Almighty) . Yet we are supposed to worship this monster. I love that through Jesus Christ we are supposed to find salvation. Salvation from a messiah who said..Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. (math 5:17)... The law that says to punish disobedient children by taking them to the outskirts of the village and STONE THEM TO DEATH.( Deuteronomy 21:18-21). From the law Jesus said he wanted to uphold..For six days work is to be done, but the seventh day is a day of sabbath rest, holy to the LORD. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day is to be put to death. (Exodus 31:15). I think its time we put to rest this mythology and accept it for what it is. Just that..mythology. If anyone out there has an argument to the contrary Im more than happy to hear it. Where was their God in guiding them???
