Just an observation, everyone must read. The man in camouflage is Abdul Razzaq Achakzai an Afghan, warlord & militia leader turned Police Commander (Thanks to the Americans). He runs private jails, tortures prisoners of war, narcotics trafficking to regional countries including Pakistan and India, intimidation and multiple massacres of fellow Afghan Pashtuns who stood on the opposite side to him. Mr Abdul Razzaq also is a proud Pakistan hater and has vowed to bring harm to Pakistan on record. Interestingly though, the man standing next to this celebrity is the self appointed champion of Pakistani democracy, Mr Mahmood Khan Achakzai. What exactly is he doing with a drug running, Pakistan hating mass murderer is anyones guess.
