Just another morning spent at home. And by home I mean CHOC. Sweet Reese fell backward off the barstool at breakfast. I scooped her up to rub the back of her head and her mouth was filled with blood. She had bitten through her bottom lip! Luckily, the doc said the 2 slices inside the lip were clean slices and would heal over time. Just eat soft food, since its an open wound...and her teeth may be a bit loose. The cut on the outside where she bit through (below her bottom lip - on her chin!) had dried and started to scab. Doc said shell have a small scar but it would leave a worse mark if they tried to work on it at this point. This is just normal life that everyone experiences, so no pity needed! :) Just sad for Reesie!
