Just another quick status about the room available in our flat at the moment, as thrilled as we were to see the previous mentally unstable flat mate go, were not as thrilled to be paying her share of the rent as she left without any notice, outstanding rent or a replacement. As the room is the smaller room in the house weve all decided to pay a little extra therefore the room itself is only $110.00 p/w plus expenses. The house is in Torbay and currently myself, another guy and a couple live here. Feel free to message me for any further details, ta :)
