Exquisito Solera 1985 The eldest of a three-part Exquisito Vintage series, which also includes a 1995 to 1990 and an edition. The base is a distillate of 1985, which was blended with younger rums at an average age of more than 21 years. The Exquisito 1985 smells strongly of raisins, spices and lemon peel. The taste is complex with notes of oak and vanilla. The finish is dry with subtle hints of smoke and chocolate. Presidente Marti This 15yo Solera Rum is fascinating and stimulating at the same time. A subtle sweetness and spiciness with hints of honey flow through this great rum. Hints of toffee and vanilla round out the lush volume. Its name refers to José Martí, the Cuban national hero and famous poet. Only for a limited time in Chandelier Bar!
