Just as God has put the calling upon the pastors heart to lead the flock, he has also called you to fulfill the vision of your pastor at your church. Does that mean you agree with everything, by no means no. Just like you dont always agree with your spouse. But you only have one head at a church with great leadership to back up your pastor. If you can not help fulfill the vision of your local church ask God where you need to be and move forward. But if people really understood the calling on there life and the purpose of God putting them in a local church, much more work for the kingdom of God would be fulfilled. The devil stirs up to much strife in churches and we loose sight on the Great Commission, leading people to Jesus Christ. Ephesians 4:11-16 And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love. Find your home church and get involved. If you dont like something where your at then pray. We have got to quit making mountains out of mole hills and majoring on the minor junk. Lets keep lost souls as the main priority of the church, loving people and lets not have it as a bless me club. God is in control and on the throne and He is coming quickly for His Bride, the Church, thats you and I. Have a great weekend and God bless you all.
