Just as the birth of baby South Sudan was determined in Naivasha and Machakos in Kenya, the healthy survival chances of almost-three-year-old baby South Sudan will be determined in Addis Ababa in Ethiopia. At the moment, right now, baby South Sudan is sitting on her mother Africa laps with two guns pointed on her head. Make no mistake, Presidential Guards and White Army are determined to harm the baby. This is why it is immediately important to determine the fate of White Army and Presidential Guards or Tigers in Addis Ababa - these two illegal organisations must be dismantled. They must go, out into history, out of our lives, into the history book, once and for all, forever. Because baby South Sudan will struggle to have a normal life with two guns held on her head by Tigers and White Army.
