Just ate a couple of tacos from Taco Bell, which reminded of a story. Many years ago when I worked in the woods I experienced the best Mexican food I ever had. There was a group of Hispanics planting trees next to where we were logging. They invited us over for lunch with them, and that was an experience. They had built a fire, which had died down to coals, and cooked a feast on it. They had a big flat piece of steel which they warmed up beans, meat and various other things. With hot tortillas we made the best tortillas ever. With lots of hot sauce. I remember they drank a ton of wine with their meal and still went back to work, after lunch. It was one amazing lunch. It was a little time consuming, but I like communal type lunches.
