Just back from Stoke Mandeville, Ian and I went for the Limb Power Games. Wow, it was hot 26º and about 6 hours in the sun shine! 25+ people trying out hand bikes. I spent the day fitting people into the bikes and Ian spent the day beasting them around the track! Derek tried to complete more laps than Zoe, so she just lied and lied, poor Derek just kept doing more and more laps. Ian and I were both surprised that some of the participants who appeared ABs werent! Fun day. Thanks to Keira and her team for doing such an awesome job. Sorry theres only a photo of Ian but whilst it was busy there was no time for photos. The photo in the gym was whilst we were waiting for Keiras pep talk. Many thanks to Helen Carter and Aylesbury College for servicing and cleaning the bikes.
