Just back from a visit to the deep wild for a little soul restoration. Lift the fog from my vision and heart where the ocean crashes on rocks and throws whole cedars upon the shore, the moss drips off ancient maples and transforms the forest into a museum, and backwoods elders build eagles nests in 200 ft douglas firs. Came home to find I have a lot of thank you letters to write and appointments to schedule.. this is a good thing. As soon as the house is clean and I get my emotions off the floor and into the vacuum bag, I will be able to do that without my glasses fogging up so much. Life is beautiful.. you are life.
