Just back from the best weekend at Mangrove Mountain ashram Satyananda Yoga Mangrove where we taught with friends Louisa Sear Alex Grant Simon Borg-Olivier and all had the best time. That it was the weekend of my birthday made it even more magical. To spend the weekend at the ashram of one of my teachers, and then to have a COCOA ceremony with the best CHOCOLATE from the Shamans of Guatamala - what can I say! Anyone who knows me knows Im a chocolate freak. Blessed. Thanks to all of Byron Spirit Festival - Byron Rocks!!
