Just because Im mostly quiet. People assume it because I aint got a whole lot to say. But truth be told theres a whole lot I been needing and wanting to get off my chest. But I only talk to GOD. Cause I feel like hes the only that will truly listen to me. Cause growing up didnt nobody really listen to me. All they ever did was ignore the kid. But it was as I got older where I truly realize that there was a lot of people that really didnt listen to Dr. Martin Luther King. Instead they venture off and did they own thing. But did that stop him from marching, preaching, talking, and teaching. No! It didnt. Cause he still kept doing all those things. Until the day that he utter these three words.................................... I cant breathe! Oops! My bad! I must got him confuse with Eric Garner. But at the end of the day. Yall still know what I mean. At the end of the day. They was both trying to live out they dreams. The only difference is that one of them died trying to fight for equality. And the other one died trying to provide for his family. But in the words of my homie Yung Xklusuve. We still remember them as a blessing. Even though only one of them got there own holiday. But lets not get it twisted. This day is not only about Dr. Martin Luther King. As matter of fact. This day is for everybody that either got, had, has, or have a dream. So today lets not only thank Dr. Martin Luther King. But lets thank our ancestors as well.
