Just because something is subjective doesnt mean it is not true, or that the data is meaningless. Skeptics tend to dismiss subjective experience because we have trained ourselves to look for hard eveidence. That matters a lot when the question is are ghosts legit? But that isnt always the best approach if the question is are there oppressed minorities? The latter is an easier one to answer because subjective experience is the criteria, and we can just ask people in minority groups how they experience society. Also, there are objective statistics to back it up too, if that really isnt enough for you.
