Just because you dont like a certain genre of music doesnt mean you should diss the talented artists that are involved. Pop country or metalcore or contemporary gospel or whatever may not be what you prefer to listen too, but many of those musicians have real talent and can actually perform well live. Then you have people who get tons and tons of credit because their songs are generic and have a catchy beat, but cant sing on key in front of an audience to save their lives.
