Just because you got a medical problem dont think you can come out on the highway and do whatever you want the officer says. But cops do that very thing on a daily basis while off duty and driving their patrol cars while doing in excess of 20-30mph over the speed limit. And you are just a nit picky S.O.B. with a chip on your shoulder and hate all cops because you are obviously an ex-felon if you complain about cops breaking traffic laws.
