Just because you struggle with a specific move does NOT mean you skip it. It only gives you that much more reason to try harder! You may not feel like it while you are doing it, but you ARE getting stronger, and you absolutely WILL improve!! If you can only do ONE pushup and then drop to your knees….they by golly DO THAT ONE PUSHUP!! One leads to two, two leads to three…you get the idea and it is the God honest truth no matter how weak you think you are!! This bottom frame in this video is P90X Dive Bomber pushups that I did today…they are weak, not exactly perfect form, and I got about 7 of them. 5 years ago after completing this program…I could knock out at least 16 of these with great form!! WHY?? Because at the beginning of the program I only got ONE…but I kept pushing!!! It hurt, it was hard….but I kept pushing, kept believing in myself….just as you can! So, I challenge you today….to challenge yourself. Find a move you HATE to do or something you really struggle with and give it another shot. Keep doing it for a couple weeks and see the improvement you make. Be fearless, believe in who you are and even more so….believe in what you will become ;) #believe #challenge #motivation #challengeyourself #pushyourself #struggleleadstochange
