Just before Langley I noticed a Chevy Astro van pulled into a driveway, saw the flat rear tire so I turned around and went back to offer my assistance. 2 ladies got out and then four young asian girls (exchange students?) got out and they all stood and watched as I changed the tire, I had an extreme sense of hyper awareness and I felt like a great big lumbering goober under their watchful eyes. I can honestly say theres no way any of them could have broke those lug nuts loose. Ow. When I was done one of the ladies offered me 20 bucks and I politely declined it. Good deed for the day is done.
