Just bottled my first homebrew ever! I call it the Flashback IPA because I brewed it on the last day of last year 12/31/2014. This beer was made with a tincture of the following: cloves, Mexican saffron, lemon balm, lemon zest, lemon thyme, and ghost peppers. I nailed the 6.8% ABV! It has two weeks to wait in the bottles as it carbonates. Just wanted to say thank you to my hottie wife for her help and her patience and for helping me get into this hobby. I hope it comes out well. Only a select few will get to try this beer because it was only a one gallon batch. Are you brave enough?
