Just bursting with energy... spilling over a little here on FB! Just spent a few minutes on the phone with a fabulous woman who has taken hold of her health in baby steps and come farther than she ever thought possible. Her excitement is contagious and I have the honor of mentoring her now as she cheers on her family and friends as a BRAND NEW HEALTH COACH! She was just meeting with friends for coffee and they are SO excited to all be getting healthy together! We are training both part and full time coaches this Fall. Our team is currently the most eclectic and fun group of people I know from every corner of the US (Alaska, Hawaii and even American Samoa!) From Stay at home parents & retired grandparents who love to travel to teachers, pastors, retail managers, technicians, biologists, PhD science professors, MDs & RNs with busy clinics and full time careers. The one common denominator is we ALL love what this brings into our lives and the lives of others!
