Just called Comcast to try to find out why I was not receiving channel 50 (tbs) and I was told that Comcast changed their programming and the only way I could get that station back was to upgrade my services. So I lose a channel, the bill stays the same. I do not get any other channel to replace the one they took. Now I know what being shafted without any lubricant feels like. Check your channels!!!! Hit me up if this has happened to you.
