Just came in and so excited, Chef is preparing 2 great dishes tonight for his features. Bucatini St. Jacques (Italo-French Fusion!) Bucatini pasta in a marriage with Diver Sea Scallops seared to perfection in a lighter style brandy cream sauce with mushrooms and herbs and laced with a myriad of cheeses. Fendi Bay Salmon Meuniere, Salmon filets from the colder depths off the coast of Nova Scotia, pan broiled with aromatics, capers and tomatoes kissed with fresh lemon & Chablis accompanied by risotto.
