Just came in from working outside. Trying to get everything ready for us to head south for the winter. Like Candi fall has never been my favorite season. I have always loved spring watching everything come alive rather than things dying. However could not help but think back to growing up in Florala. The smell of leaves burning always takes me back to the fall of the year in Florala. Strange how some smells really stick with you a lifetime.
