Just checked my email. Here is a PERFECT example of what I posted a few minutes ago. This wonderful lady was ready to pay adoption fees immediately with a credit card, however, it was apparent that she was not PREPARED at that moment (needed crate or gates to petition off carpeted home area). She needed the love and fun these 2 provided, however, she also is not ready for the RESPONSIBILITY. Spent 5 hours, traveled 150 miles round-trip to do this home visit with Colton and Marlaina. What is 5 hours and $400 adoption fee in MY POCKET, compared to a SECURE, LOVING HOME for 2 rescued babies ???? I have attached a video I took during home visit where Colton and Marlaina just loved their time there. I appreciate her not judging me when I told her to think it over and call me back with CERTAIN decision. Cynthia: Thank you for coming Saturday. After long thought, I am afraid I am not ready to handle two dogs that need house training. I am away from home 9 hrs. a day and still dealing with grief, I am afraid that this responsibility would be more stressful to me than comforting. I pray that Colton and Marlaina do find a loving home together with someone that has all the time they need to spend with them. Thank you again
