Just completed a fabulous couple of days in Devon, delivering a 2 Day Train the Trainer course. Did you know, that one of the best ways to learn something is to teach it to others? According to research, whilst we retain potentially only 10% of what we read, we retain up to 95% of what we teach others! So..bearing this in mind, I asked the delegates to plan and deliver 2 training sessions during the course. Did they want to? No. Were they elated afterwards? Yes!
