Just curious. Why do people put their babies to sleep for mammary tumors? They can and should be removed, instead of leaving them alone and watching them grow. My baby girl had one and as soon as I found it I scheduled her surgery. She had multiple surgeries for tumors on her head (all from a very aggressive cancer) and everytime I found one, I scheduled the surgery. The same goes for all of my rat loving friends. This isnt meant as an attack. Im just curious as to why people choose to leave them be. Is it the money? (I know how expensive the surgeries are. I was lucky enough to start working for my vet which helped with the bills for her cancer removal surgeries. I know everyone isnt as fortunate to work for their babys vet.) Again, not atttacking. Just asking.
